The Phoenix DJs take on Beat Shazam!

Hosted by Jamie Foxx, “Beat Shazam” is an interactive game show that pits teams of two against the clock and each other as they attempt to identify the biggest hit songs of all time. In the end, the team with the most money banked will go against Shazam, the popular song identification app, for the chance to win up to $1 million. Actress, model and writer Corinne Foxx, daughter of Jamie Foxx, joins “Beat Shazam” as the deejay.

The unbelievable, exciting news??? Frank and Mikey from your favorite Boston DJ company, Phoenix Productions, will be on the season finale on Tuesday, September 18th at 8 PM EST… be sure to tune-in on the Fox network and she how they do! Our of over 60,000 contestants who tried out for the show, they were one of the lucky ones to make it to all the way through to the final audition. Could their fun, charismatic personalities play a role in their decision? Perhaps!

When Frank was asked what he remembers most about his experience in the game show, his response was “I looked like a natural walking, Instagram filter with all that make-up on”.  Mikey’s response was a little different, he said, “I will always remember the opening sequence of the show when they introduced our team! Frank and I were the last twosome to the stage so we knew we had to electrify the crowd with our tandem dance moves! Hearing the roar of the crowd made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. It was surreal!”
